湿式磁选机

湿式磁选机是常用的铁矿设备（铁矿磁选机）和锰矿设备（锰矿磁选机），是主流的强磁选机选矿设备。

湿式磁选机适用于粒度3mm以下的磁铁矿、磁黄铁矿、焙烧矿、钛铁矿等物料的湿式磁选，也用于煤、非金属矿、建材等物料的除铁作业。

湿式磁选机的磁系，采用优质铁氧体材料或与稀土磁钢复合而成，筒表平均磁感应强度为100~600mT。根据用户需要，可提供顺流、半逆流、逆流型等多种不同表强的磁选。本磁选机具有结构简单、处理量大、操作方便、易于维护等优点。

该磁选工艺选矿设备是将矿石细碎至5mm或3mm以下，然后用永磁中场强磁选机进行湿式磁选机磁选抛尾。本工艺对于节能降耗、有效利用极贫铁矿石和提高最终铁精矿质量具有特别重要的意义。

湿式磁选机结构：

    湿式永磁筒式磁选机主要由圆筒、辊筒、刷辊、磁系、槽体、传动部分组成。圆筒由2-3mm不锈钢卷焊成筒，端为铸铝件或工件，用不锈钢螺钉和筒相连。

可选矿物：

    锰矿、褐铁矿、赤铁矿、针铁矿、菱铁矿、铬铁矿、铌钽铁矿、钛铈铁矿、独居石、硫锰矿、硬锰矿、软锰矿、菱锰矿、黑钨矿、钛铁金红石、铁英岩矿、磷灰石、磷钇矿、橄榄石、硫铜锗矿、铁白云石、氟碳铈镧矿、黑云母、绿帘石、石榴石、钶钇矿、蛇纹石及非金属的除铁等。经过本湿式磁选机分选后，一般可提高10%~30%个品位。
